A message was received from the Governor transmitting the report of the commissioners appointed under the resolve relating to the State Prison. Ordered on the motion of Mr. Purinton that 1000 copies of said report be printed for the use of the Legislature sent down for Concurrence Concurred.

On motion of Mr. Mr. Fish the Senate reconsider their vote on Wednesday whereby they passed in concurrence an order directing the Committee on State Lands to inquire into the expediency of so far changing the Resolve of March 17, 1835, in favor of certain officers and Soldiers of the Revelutionary War, that each officer and soldier that enlists for the term of three years or during the war and were honorably discharged and widows of the same be entitled to the benefits of that Act and ordered that same lie on the table.
