206. Bill to incorporate the Frankfort Steam company (reported by the same Gentleman from the same Committee on petition of Ebenezer F. Coffin)
-"- altering an Act concerning pounds, Beasts impounded and Stray Beasts (reported by Mr McIntire from the Committee on Agriculture on petition of Elijah Wood and others) severally read once and Monday next at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading.
Resolve requiring the Treasurer to pay the numbers of the Legislature, and distribute the School fund in Gold and Silver ( laid on the table by Mr. Purinton) was read once and Tuesday next at 10 o clock assigned for a second reading.
The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed, Bill to establish the Piscataqua Ferry Company and the same was passed to be enacted.
The same Committee reported as correctly engrossed, Resolve in favor of William Jordan Jr. and the same was finally passed
