After a hearing -- the Court is of opinion, that the [symbol] Schooner Parrot is not by law liable to confiscation - + thereupon decrees, that the same, together with the few articles taken on board by the knowledge + permission of the Collector of Newburyport (which may with propriety be considered as ballast + stores) be forthwith restored to the claimant.
