With reference to phone conversation, regarding tickets issued, baggage cars furnished, etc. on account of Halifax disaster on the east bound movement:

We have at the request of the Boston & Maine furnished them with total charges which were incurred on account of State of Maine request and the B&M. will endeavor to make collection from the Red Cross.. With reference to west bound movement transportation fur- wished by the Canadian Government Ry. at Halifax on State of Maine account we have just received bill rendered by them, the total amount being $229.64. and we have today written the C.C. Ry. copy to you,
