Sir I have the herewith to forward you duplicates of monthly Returns of my regiment for the months of January, February and March 1893.
As an apology for not sooner complying with your request, I enclose copy of General Orders N. 125. Hd. Qts.Army of the Potomac, May 18. 1862, also copy of proceedings and findings of a Genl. Court Martial.
