That the Committee on the Militia be directed to enquire what, if any alterations, are necessary in the Militia Laws - Sent up for concurrence.
On motion by Mr Hamlin of Hampden Ordered, That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of so altering the Law, that in all cases where both plaintiffs and Defendant shall devise to plead specially, they may be permitted so to do. Sent up for concurrence.
