My wife claims an undivided right of an Estate valued at 300 dollars in the whole her share is one sixth part equal to fifty Dollars the Estate is unsettled. I have stated the annual income of the name on other side at four dollars. I have a few trifling debts due to me from which I shall probably realize twenty dollars. I owe debts which I am unable to pay at present amounting to over two hundred dollars.
