65 Afternoon. Met according to adjournment.

[Broad rimmed Cart and Waggon Wheels,] Ordered, That the Committee on Canals, Turnpike Roads and Bridges be directed to enquire whether the use of Broad rimmed Cart and Waggon Wheels, would be of public utility in the whole or a part of the State of Maine, with leave to report by bill or otherwise. Sent up for concurrences.

[Supreme Judicial Court] Ordered, That so much of the Governors Message as relates to the establishment of a Supreme Judicial Court, be committed to Messrs. Foote and Foxcroft with such of the House of Representatives as may be joined, with leave to report by bill or otherwise. In Senate June 5th 1820 Read and passed - sent down for concurrence. Read and concurred and Mr Sprague of Hallowell, Mr. Spofford of Deer Isle and Mr Redington of Vassalborough are joined.

[Board of Jurisprudence.] Ordered, That so much of the Governors Message as relates to the constituting a Board of Jurisprudence be refered [referred] to Messrs Williamson & Rose with such of the House of Representatives as may be joined with leave to report by Resolve or otherwise. In the Senate June 5th 1820 Read and passed. Sent down for concurrence Read and concurred and Mr Reed of Waldoboro', Smith of Wiscasset and Johnson of Belfast are joined. [over]
