advice of Council thereupon, Orders[underlined], that one other Company of Artillery be established in the second Brigade, eighth Division; and Major-General Dearborn is hereby authorized to raise said Company; provided the same shall be raised according tot law.

     Sir, 
           You will please to give the necessary orders 

for establishing a Company of Artillery, conformably to the foregoing order of the Commander in Chief, made in con- sequence of an application, from a number of men in the town of Winslow.
