Duties--hold hearings for cases involving agencies enumerated in the chapter; state findings in writing along with the conclusions of the law.

5.22--Administrative Hearing Commissioner

5.23--Advisory Committee to Review Governmental Immunity. Created by P.&S.L. 1965, c. 202, §2.

Duties--advise the Attorney General in a study of the statutes and case law relating to governmental immunity of the State, of the counties , and of the municipalities; report any necessary changes or amendments.

Members--not more than 9 representing the State municipalities, counties, House and Senate chairman of Judiciary Committee, Maine Bar Association, Plaintiffs' Attorneys Association, and Maine Municipal Association. All appointed by the Attorney General.

5.24--Maine State Cultural Building Authority. Created by P.&S.L. 1965, c. 259, §1.

Duties--acquire land and contract for a building thereon to provide facilities for Maine State Archives, Maine State Library, and Maine State Museum.

Members--director of Public Improvements, State Archivist, State Librarian, Director of Maine State Museum, 1 member each appointed by Archives Advisory Board, State Librarian,
