as the time when this House will come to the choice of a Chaplain - immediately on motion, this vote was reconsidered.

An order came from the Senate referring the returns of votes for Governor to Messrs Tallman & Wilson with such as the House may join, to examine and report thereon, for concurrence - and the House concurred and Messrs Parker of Gardiner, Abbot of Castine, Emery of Biddeford, Wilkins of New Charleston and Towle of Porter were joined.
