[Committee - on subject of Dexter Academy &]

Ordered (on motion of Mr Wilkins) that the Bill which passed this branch of the Legislature the Last Session establishing an Academy in the town of Dexter and the accompanying papers, be taken from the files of the Senate and sent down to the House - Sent up for concurrence - The Senate concurred - sent down the papers and they were in the House referred to Messrs Dunlap, Call and Chamberlain.

[acceptance of Sunday Counselors]

Communications from Isaac Lane, Joshua Gage, William Chadwick & James McLellan Esq signifying their acceptance as Counselors were received - read and sent up.
