An order came from the Senate appointing the Joint standing Committees, and they were joined on the part of the House as follows

On State Lands.

Messrs Wilson, and Whitney of the Senate.

Messrs Parker of Gardiner, Vance of No 6, Crowell of Whitefield of the House.

On incorporation of Parishes and other religious societies and ministerial and school lands.

Messrs Buxton, Kelleran [Killeran] of the Senate.

Messrs Elden of Buxton, Purrington of Bowdoin, Cobb of Durham of the House.

On applications for Manufacturing Companies.

Messrs Burnham, Dunn of the Senate.

Messrs Fox of Parsonsfield, Purrington of Topsham, Crowell of Waterville of the House.

On Interior fisheries.

Messrs Witham, Higgins of the Senate.

Messrs Wood of Winthrop, McKown of Boothbay, Chase of Kittery, Call of Bangor, Perley of Bridgton of the House.
