STATE OF MAINE COUNTY OF PENOBSCOT, ss. As a Circuit Court of Common Pleas, began and [hol?] at Bangor on the fourth Tuesday of June 1820 within & for said County ON this 21 day of June in the year of our Lord eighteen hundered and twenty, personally appeared in open court, being a court of record within and for said County and State of Maine, established by a law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, made and passed on the [eleventh Xd out] twenty first day of June, A.D. 1811, and recognized by the Constitution of the State of Maine having [?] of fine & [?] [?] Consider Glass aged, sixty years, resident in Guilford in said County of Penobscot, who being first duly sworn according to law, doth, on his oath, declare that he served in the Revolutionary war as follows: I [inlisted in the spring of 1780 Xd out] & served in the company commanded by Captain Colburn and afterwards by Captain Phelps in the Regiments commanded by Col John Brooks in the Massachusetts line on the continental establishment
