I Ebenezer Hasey of Jackson Plantation in the County of Penobscot yeoman, do testify & say that, on or about the first of March 1776 I inlisted into the Revolutionary War, for nine months, under Capt. Caleb Turner & Col. Atkins Regt. (I think) We were stationed at the town of Bristol in the County of Lincoln, at Pemaquid Fort: We continued there during the [?] term of nine months: at which time I was regularly discharged: In January 1777, I inlisted again for three months in Thos. Bracketts Company & Col Joseph North's Regt. We were stationed at Tinkertown Rhode Island: We continued at this place till I was discharged, on or about the 13th of April: I have done one years service in the Revolutionary war: I have lost my discharges: I am now under reduced circumstances. I need the assistance of my Country for support.-

I hereby relinquish all claim to any previous pension on account of my said services.- Eben Hasey
