425 In Senate March 8th 1821 Passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence Read 1st 2nd & 3d time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve - Thurston Card - Resolve making an allowance to Thurston Card out of the State Treasury. In Senate FebY 8th 1821 Read & passage refused. Sent down for concurrence Read & concurred.

Rep. Thos. De Carteret Committee on petition of Thomas De Carteret - Report leave to bring in a Resolve. In Senate march 8th 1821 Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Read and concurred.

Resolve - authorizing Judge of Probate to allow Thomas De Carteret & further time Resolve authorizing the Judge of Probate for the County of Cumberland to allow a further time to Thomas D Carteret to bring in & prove claims against the estate of Nathl Jenks deceased. Read once and the further consideration of the subject postponed until tomorrow morning at 10' o'clock.

Resolve - directing the returns of Quakers, Shakers & to be deposited & - Resolve directing that the Returns of Shakers Quakers, Ministers of the Gospel & state & Town paupers be deposited in the Secetary Office, came back from the Senate amended by striking out from A to B in which amendment the House concurs and pass the same to be engrossed as amended. -
