431 Order - SecY of State to pronounce a new Seal - Ordered That the Secretary of State be directed to procure for the use of the State, a new Seal which shall correctly represent the device adopted by the Legislature at their last session, on a scale which shall reduce the diameter of the Seal to two inches.
