[Personal property assigned by Masst to Maine -]

Ordered, that so much of the Governors message as relates to the personal property assigned by Massachusetts to Maine, be referred to Messrs Williams, Parsons & Tuttle with such as the Senate may join. Read & passed - Sent up for concurrence.

[States prison]

An order came from the Senate for concurrence appointing Messrs Anderson & Fairbanks with such as the House may join a a committee on so much of the Governors message as relates to the States Prison - and House concurred and Messrs Burgin, Ruggles & Watson were joined.

[State Lands]

An order came from the Senate for concurrence referring so much of the Governors message as relates to State Lands to the joint standing committee on that subject - and the House concurred.

[militia]

An order came from the Senate for concurrence referring so much of the Governors message as relates to the militia and military affairs, to the joint standing committee on that subject and the House concurred.

[Compensation to the Commissioner of the Treasury]

An order came from the Senate for concurrence referring so much of the Governors message as relates to the compensation of the Commissioner of the Treasury to Messrs Campbell & Read with such as the House may join - and the House concurred and Messrs Isaac adams of Portland Ricken, and Hill were joined.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence appointing Messrs Dunlap & Wheeler with such as the House may join a committee on so much of the Governors message as
