The same committee reported as duly engrossed - Resolve, confirming the doings of the Trustees of North Yarmouth Academy - in favor of the Penobscot Indians - relating to the Judicial Courts in York County - was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Ordered that the committee on New Trails be directed to consider whether any & if any what alteration or amendments may be necessary in an act entitled an act for the support & regulation of Mills - read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill to authorized the sale of ministerial lands in Shaleigh, was called up & referred to messrs Wood, Morrill & Page.
