[handwritten] I Solomon Bolton on oath say and declare that I have no real nor personal estate nor any income whatever (my necessary bedding and wearing apparel excepted) except

I am a Laborer. I am unable to work having one useless hand, my wife is sick all the time. I have no children that live with me. Without a pension I am unable to support my family. For these five years last past I have been [?] by the town.
