Bill respecting the endorsement of writs, was read once & tomorrow at 10' oclock assigned for a 2d reading & referred to Messrs Dane, Jos. Adams of P. & Shaw.

Ordered that the committee on New Trials be instructed to enquire as to the expediency of providing a uniform mode of giving notice of settlements & sales of estates of deceased persons, as deceased by judge of Probate within this State - read & passed. Sent up for concurrence
