[Bill - additional to CC Pleas]

Bill additional to an act to establish a Court of Common Pleas was read a 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10' oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Bill - Island Bills of Exchange]

Bill additional to the act regulating damages on Island Bills of Exchange, was read once & referred to Messrs Richardson, Isaac Adams & Williams -

[Report - Jacob Quincy & als]

Report on petition of Jacob Quincy & others granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

The message came from the Senate for concurrence referred to the committee on new trials - & the House concurred.

[Resolve - Alfred Gates & als]

Resolve on the petition of Alfred Gates & others for a road to be opened thro' townships number one & two, belonging to this State, was read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

[Bill - classed Districts]

Bill respecting the election of Representatives in classed districts came from the Senate, that body having nonconcurred the House in postponing the subject indefinitely & passed the Bill to engrossed - The House reconsidered their former votes & read the Bill a 2 & 3d time & passed the same to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Bill - part Canton to Jay]

Bill, additional to an act to set off part of lot numbered ten in the eleventh range from the town of Canton & annex the same to the town of Jay passed February 3d 1824 (laid on the table by Mr Stove he having obtained leave for the purpose) was read a 1 & 2d time and
