[Bill - States Prison]

Bill providing for the government of the States Prison & for the punishment of convicts, came from the Senate further amended at Z in 8th. Sec. for concurrence and appointing Messrs Anderson, Dennet & McCobb a committee of conference on the subject of the difference - asking the concurrence of the House in their amendment at Z. The House so far reconsider their votes as to concur the Senate in their amendment and appoint as conferees on their part, messrs Fillebrown, Parsons & Smith.
