was Chairman, upon the petitions of sundry Inhabitants of Hancock County, giving leave to the petitioners to withdraw their petition, which was accepted in the Senate with an amendment , ought to have been transmitted by the Senate to the House for their consideration -
also
Resolved, that inasmuch as said original report has never been transmitted to this House so that the same might be considered by the House, attho' two messages have gone from the House to the Senate, requesting said original report to be sent to the House for consideration, the just rights of the House & of those opposed to the prayer of said petitions have been abridged & denied, which is respectfully - submitted.

Bill to annex Lewiston to Cumberland County, came from the referred to the next Legislature - The House adhere to their vote passing the same to be engrossed. Sent up.

The committee to whom was referred the Resolve relating to the erection of a Court House in Lincoln - reported that the same ought not to pass - the report was accepted - and the Resolve refused a passage.
