[Conference - on militia Bill -]

The Conferences on the part of the house on the subject of the difference between the two Houses on the Bill, additional to an act to organize, govern, & discipline the militia of this State, reported that the House neede from their amendment striking out fifth section & insist on their amendment striking out the sixth section - read & accepted

[Report - John Noyes & als]

Report, on petition of John Noyes & others, granting an order of notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Report -]

The Committee to consider what provisions are necessary to prevent trespass on ministerial & school Lands, reported that it is unnecessary for them further to consider the subject and they were accordingly discharged in concurrence with the Senate.

[Resolve - Electors & als]

Resolve providing for the choice of Electors of President & Vice President, came from the Senate further amended at A for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Report of Committee of Conference - on Bill respecting Sessions]

The Committee to confer with the committee in the part of the Senate, relating to the Bill, respecting the Court of Sessions, reported that the House adhere to their vote - read & passed.

[Bill - relief of Poor Debtors]

Bill additional to an act for the relief of Poor Debtors was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Bill - Courts of Probate]

Bill additional to an act to regulate the jurisdiction & proceedings of the Courts of Probate, was read a 1st - 2d & 3d time & passed to be engrossed, and thus nonconcurred the Senate in their reference of the same to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.
