Message was received from the Senate by their Secretary Mr Speaker, The Senate nonconcur the House in their amendment to the engrossed Bill, additional to an act to organize, govern & discipline the militia of this State. The House took up the subject & after reconsidering their former vote passing the Bill, referred the same to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.
[Resolve tax on Counties -]
Resolve laying a tax on the several Counties, came from the Senate, with a certificate that they insist upon their last votes upon the Resolve. The House also voted to insist.
