I Oliver Frazer of Jackson Plantation in the county of Penobscot, Yeoman, do testify & say, That in the month of May next after the time of the capture of N. York by the British troops, I inlisted into the regular service of the Revolutionary War in Capt. Stephen Skinner's company through of the state of New Jersies), Col Nath'l Herd's Reg and what was called the Jersey Brigade, for one year:

We were stationed above the place called Amboy, along the lines between the two armies: We continued in this station or nearly so the whole of the year: At the expiration of the said term I was regularly discharged. This discharge I have lost: I am now under reduced circumstances & need the assistance of my Country for support.

I hereby extinguish all claims to any previous pensions on account of my said services:
