Resolve authorizing the sale of State Lands & for other purposes, was on motion of Mr Vance, called up, the vote of 29th inst. Passing the same to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate, reconsidered, & the Resolve recommitted to the Committee on State Lands. Sent up for concurrence.

Report on the subject of making further provision agst Hawkers, Pedlars & Petty Chapman, granting a bill, was read & accepted.

Bill additional to an act defining the general powers and duties of manufacturing corporations, which passed this House 28th inst, came from the Senate in a new draft for concurrence & the House concurred.
