Bill additional to an act establishing a Supreme Judicial Court within this State, was read a 3d time & referred to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.

[Report - filing notes in offset -]

The committee to revise the law regulating judicial process and proceedings for the purpose of making an additional act if necessary, authorizing the filing of notes in offset in contacts cases - reported a Bill - report accepted.

[Bill - additional regulating Judaical process &c -]

Bill additional to an act regulating Judicial process & proceedings was read 1 & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Resolve - taxing persons in 1st Bap. Soc. Bath.]

Resolve authorizing a tax on the pews & seats in the first Baptist meeting House in Bath, which passed this House 5th inst. came from the Senate amended at A for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Bill, an additional act respecting partition fences, which passed this House 16th Jany came from the Senate with an amendment for concurrence & the House concurred.

[Bill - additional fee bill]

Bill an additional act establishing the foes of certain officers therein mentioned, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Resolve - jail in York]

Resolve relating to the erection of a jail in the County of York, was read & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
