443 Circuit Court of Common Pleas for the third Eastern Circuit. Read a 2nd time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Resolve - returns of Quakers, Shakers & - ] Engrossed Resolve, directing the Returns of Quakers, Shakers, Ministers of the Gospel & State and Town Paupers to be deposited in the Secretary's Office, was refused a passage. Sent up for concurrence

[Resolve - blank Returns form of & & ] Engrossed Resolve prescribing the forms of Returns of Votes for Governor and Senators and of certificates of elections of Representatives - came back from the Senate endorsed as follows viz "In Senate March 10th 1821 The Further consideration of this Resolve is referred to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence. Read and nonconcurred.
