Mr. Williams from the Committee on Bills in the second Reading reported Bill to incorporate the Denny's ville Tide mill Company with amendments and the same was read and passed to be engrossed as amended, Sent down for concurrence.

On motion by Mr. Williams, the petition of the Trustees of the Cony Female Academy with the accompanying papers were taken from the files and referred to the Committee on Literature and Literary Institutions. Sent down concurrence. Came up concurred -

Remonstrance of Benjamin Brown and others and " of Inhabitants of Chesterville, against the erection of a Bridge at Gardiner were severally read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
