The Board came to order pursuant to adjournment
Petition of William Cole [?] and others for an alternation in the law relating to the Thomastown Guard was read and referred to the Committee on Military Affairs. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
Bill to set off Benjamin Woodbury from Buckfield to Paris and Bill to incorporate the town of Plymouth, were severally read a first time and tomorrow, at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.
Resolve for reimbursing Albion K. Parris Governor of the State certain expenses by him incurred was read a first time and Wednesday next, 10 oclock assigned for a second reading and in the mean time committed to Messrs Williams, Wilson and Kimball.
