[Report - jail keepers to live in jail House]

The committee to whom was referred an order directing them to consider the expediency of requiring the several Gaol keepers or their deputies to reside constantly within the House provided for the purpose in the several Counties, reported a Bill - The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Resolve - place for next meeting of Legislature]

Mr Fillebrown obtained leave to lay on the table, Resolve, fixing the place for the meeting of the next Legislature which was read twice & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Mr Elden was appointed on the committee to whom was referred the subject of the Tenessee [Tennessee] Resolutions communicated by the Governor, instead of Mr Hill of Machias, who had obtained leave of absence.
