Bill to annex part of Swanville to Waldo plantation was taken from the Committee to whom it was referred, and committee to Messrs Chase, Coolidge & Mitchell.

Bill respecting the Bridge in Sullivan, which passed this House 3d inst. came from the Senate with an amendment at O for concurrence & the House concurred.

[Bill - Barr Mill Bridge Corp.]

Bill incorporating the barr mill bridge proprietors, which passed this House this day with amendments, came from the Senate, that body noncurring [nonconcurring] the amendments - The House recede from their vote & pass the bill to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Report - Nathan Batchelder & als]

Report on petition of Nathan Batchelder & als for an amendment of the law regulating the inspection of Butter & Lard, granting leave to withdraw, came down accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.

[Report - time of recess -]

Report of the committee to determine when the Legislature may have a recess was called up, and amended so as to fix the time for the recess on the 8th inst. Sent up for concurrence.

[Bill - fishery in Union River]

Bill making further provision for the preservation of fish in Union river, bay & its waters, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
