Bill an act in addition to an act entitled an act, regulating towns, town meetings & the choice of town officers passed March 19 1821, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10' o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill to set off Nathaniel Larrabee from Danville to Durham, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Sent up for concurrence.

The committee on the petition of Daniel F Harding & others for an alteration in the law respecting stone lime & lime Casks, reported a reference to the next Legislature and the report was accepted.
