The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill, for the preservation of Fish in Newport - to prevent unnecessary costs in criminal prosecutions - additional to an act establishing & regulating the fees of certain offices therein mentioned - respecting the bridge over the tide waters of the Presumpscot river - to establish a ministerial fund in Bluehill - prescribing the forms of Recognizances taken by Justices of the Peace in criminal cases. - granting a lottery for the benefit of the Cumberland & Oxford Canal - additional to an act to establish a Court of Common Pleas - additional to an act to organize, govern & discipline the militia of this State - to apportion & assess on this State a tax of $ 4331"64. which were severally passed to be enacted.
