Petition of Isaac Crane +als + report thereon + Remonstrances of Enoch Hill +als against the prayer of said petition, taken from the last years files of the Senate, came from the Senate referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns for con currence and the House concurred.

Remonstrance of Obadiah B Moody + als of Corinna against the annexation of said town to the County of Penobscot, was read + referred in concurrence with the Senate to the committee on the incorporation of towns.

Bill to regulate the taking of Fish in the Narraguagus River was read 1st + 2nd time + tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.

Bill to annex part of the town of Norridgewock to the town of Milburne, was read 1st + 2nd time, amended as on sheet annexed marked G and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing the committee on the Judiciary to inquire into the expediency of authorizing by law any Judge of any Court of record in vacation to take proof of deeds and also the expediency of authorizing the Supreme Judicial Court to grant reviews of Judgments rendered upon petitions for partition and the House concurred.

Reports on the petitions of Henry W Fuller " of Noah Chandler +al granting leave to withdraw, came form the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.
