12.07--Commissioner to Take Evidence in Cases Concerning Public Lands. Created by R. 1839, c. 60.

Duties--take evidence in the cases of public lands purchased since January, 1834, to determine the State's Liability for such purchases and report to the next Legislature.

12.08--Fish Wardens. Created by P.L. 1843, c. 25 § 1. Repealed and replaced by P.L. 1933, c. 2 and P.L. 1947, c. 332. Name changed to Coastal Wardens by P.L. 1947, c. 332, §§ 8-9.

Duties--enforce all laws and rules and regulations relating to sea and shore fisheries except as otherwise provided.
