[Bills & Resolves passed to be enacted] Bill additional to an Act for keeping watches and wards in towns and preventing disorders in Streets and public places,

" additional defining the powers of the Individual Courts in granting, reviewed and for other purposes.

" in addition to the several Acts regulating the taking of Salmon, shad and alewives in the town of Machias

" recognizing the Strafford Manufacturing Company as a corporation within the State,

" regulating the Municipal affairs of the town of Portland

" abolishing the punishment of death in certain cases.

" incorporating the Bath Mutual Fire Insurance Company

" to incorporate the Kennebec Leather Manufactory

" regulating the appointment of overseers of houses of correction

" additional regulating Judicial process and proceedings

" additional respecting the attachment of property, and

Bill providing for the inspection of sole Leather and the same were passed to be enacted

and also

Resolve relating to a report of the Commissioners establishing the boundary line between Maine and New Hampshire

and

Resolve in favor of George Littlefield and the same were finally passed.

And these Bills and Resolves were presented to the Governor for approbation and signatures.
