20.09--Board of Regents for the Future Establishment of an Industrial College. Created by R. 1863, c. 274.

Duties--serve as the board of regents of such institutions or college hereafter established by the State under provisions of an act of Congress entitled "an act donating public lands to the several states and territories which may provide colleges for the benefit of agriculture and the mechanic arts"; also serve as a committee to solicit and receive subscriptions, donations, and proposals for location for such an industrial college.
