Met according to adjournment.

An order came from the Senate instructing the Committee to whom was referred so much of the Governors Message as relates to the freedom & purity of the elective franchise to enquire into the expediency of revising the present laws regulating elections and embodying the same into one act - and the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate directing the Secretary of State to inform Asa Redington Junior that the has been duly elected Treasurer of State for the current political year - and the House concurred.

Leave to withdraw was ordered in concurrence with the Senate on the petition of James Moon & others

Notice was Ordered in concurrence with the Senate on the petition of William L. Walker & others.
