Monday January 18. 1836. Bill enacting the Village of Brunswick into a a Corporation for certain purposes came up from the House further amended. The Senate recede from their former vote, passed said Bill to be engrossed as amended, adopt the amendment proposed by the House and further amend said Bill and pass the same to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

On motion of Mr. Johnson. Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of providing by law that Executions [?], issued on Judgements rendered by Justices of the Peace, shall run [?] throughout the State. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

On motion of Mr Frye. Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of passing a law, whereby all Acts of incorporations (which may be granted after the passage of said Law) shall expire in years, unless the said Corporators shall invest and expend part of the Capital Stock of said Corporation. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

On motion of Mr Greene, Ordered that Messrs Greene, Mantor and Staples, with such as the House may join, be a Committee to contract with some suitable person to do the State printing for the current political year. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred, and Messrs. Parris, Buxton, Batchelder, Marden and Hubbard are joined.
