Petition of Edmund Pillsbury and others, praying for the alteration of law regulating the inspection of Hops, came up from the House referred to a Joint Select Committee, consisting on the part of the House of Messrs Higgins of Exeter, Lord of Buxton, Freeman of Monmouth, McMillen of Fryeburg, and Smith of Palmyra with such as the Senate may join. The Senate nonconcur with the House on their reference and refer the same to the Joint Standing Committee on Agriculture. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
