Bill - An Act to establish the Piscataqua Ferry Company was read a 1st and 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Communications from William T Vaughan Clerk of the Courts - Cumberland Co. Joseph A Deane Clerk of the Courts Hancock County were severally read & referred in concurrence to the Committee on Capital punishments.
