Resolve in favor of the Proprietors of township No 6 in the third range west from the east line of the State; -"- providing for the appointment of a public agent to superintend certain expenditures; -"- authorizing the construction of a stone flagging on the State Lot north of the State House, severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Bill additional respecting Manufacturing Companies was read the second time and the same on motion of Mr. Merrow was ordered to lie on the table till Monday next at eleven o clock.

Bill enlarging the powers of Constables in the town of East Machias; -"- authorizing the first Congregational Parish in the town of Kittery to sell parsonage Lands, severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed, Bill aditional to an Act to incorporate the Brunswick Company passed Feb, 6, 1834. Bill giving power to the County Commissioners for the County of York to lay out a road over Saco River, and the same were severally passed to be enacted. Adjourned. Attest William Trafton, Secretary.
