The Committee on Incorporation of Towns reported order of notice on petition of Columbus Dunn and others and on petition of Moses Burley and others - read and accepted in concurrence.

Mr. Merrow, from the Committee on Division of Towns reported notice to next Legislature on petition of Inhabitants of Hamlin's Grant - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Miller from the Committee on Interior Waters reported order of notice on petition of Samuel J. Foster and another. - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

The Senate on motion of Mr. Greene reconsider their vote passing in concurrence with the House an order requesting the Secretary of State to cause 500 copies of the returns of Fish Inspectors in this State to be printed for the use of the Legislature" and amend the same by striking out all after the date and inserting the following.

Ordered, that the Secretary of the Senate cause 500 copies of the Abstract of the Returns of Inspectors of Fish for the year 1835 to be printed for the use of the Legislature.
