Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of the Goose River Mill Company; - " - to incorporate the Castine Steam Mill Company, on motion of Mr Frye were taken up and severally amended by striking out the third section and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Resolve in favor of Samuel Blake: -"-"-" John W. Adams; -"-"-" Henry S. Noyes; Bill to annex a tract of land to Waldo plantation, severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
