Peition [Petition] of David Trask for a donation of a lot of wild land, ---- read and referred to the Committee on State Lands, in concurrence.

Petition of the Recorder of the Municipal Court in the City of Portland for increase of Salary ---- read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, in concurrence.

Petition of H. Snow and others to be set off from Dutton to Levant; " of Oliver Hodsdon & others, " of James Tilton and others that Henry H. Snow and others may be set off from Dutton to Levant; " of Peter Gilman to be set off from East Pond plantation and be annexed to Norridgewock; Remonstrance of the town officers of Brewer against the petition of Charles Leavens and others praying to be set off from Brewer and be annexed to Edington ----- severally read and referred to the Committee on Division of Towns, in concurrence.
