Bill - An Act altering the time of holding the Supreme Judicial Court in the county of Cumberland was read a 3d time & amended as on sheet annexed marked A and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - repealing certain provisions of an Act establishing and regulating the fees of the several officers and others therein mentioned, laid on the table by Mr. Steward of Anson, was read once and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill to annex Joseph Stackpole & others to Albion was read once & indefinitely postponed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - An Act to set off a part of Starks and annex the same to Mercer, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act establishing the Howland Academy, was read 1st & 2d time and tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Petition of Inhabitants of Vinalhaven to be paid the expenses of burying a stranger, was read & referred to the committee on Claims. Sent up for concurrence.
