Thursday, February 11. 1836.

Mr Frye, from the Committee on Manufactures to which was referred the petition of Robert M. N. Smith and others, made a report asking to be discharged from the further consideration of the same, and recommending the reference of said petition to the Committee on Interior Waters - read and accepted. Sent down from concurrence. Concurred.

Mr Talbot from the Committee on Roads and Bridges reported reference to next Legislature on petition of David Bronson & others - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr Merrow from the Committee on Division of Towns reported leave to withdraw on petition of James Crosby and others - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Miller from the Committee on Interior Waters reported leave to withdraw on petition of William W. Woodbury and others - and order of notice on petition of Ira Crocker and others - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.
